Foods, plants and people contains reports about all kind of aspects of plant foods and edible plants.
As indicated by the title of this section, the perception of plants and plant foods by people is a leading topic.
The  purpose of this section, that could seem rather ambitious, is to put together different approaches of the study of plant-man relations, from classical ethnobotany, culinary sciences and traditions, to modern consumers analysis.
