The EuroFIR methodology for the documentation, selection and investigation of traditional foods is being expanded to 6 Black Sea Area Countries (BSAC): Bulgaria, Georgia, Romania, Russian Federation, Turkey and Ukraine. The outcome from the application of the EuroFIR methodology is the development of national documented traditional foods files (available in this page).  The traditional foods integrated in the national documented files were prioritized following EuroFIR based guidelines and then further evaluated at the consecutive evaluation workshop. This document presents the BSAC traditional foods per food category based on the national documented files, including the traditional foods that were selected for further investigation in BaSeFood.
